Varona has incorporated to its Advisory Board the Valencian notary Javier Máximo Juárez González. Juárez is a native of Valencia and took possession of his first notarial office at the age of twenty-five. Since then he has exercised the notarial function continuously and since January 2006 in the city of Valencia.
With more than twenty-five years of experience, he combines the performance of the notarial profession with an intense work as a law student, especially with respect to the taxes that most affect notarial acts. He has published numerous books and articles and given lectures, talks, seminars and training courses in addition to developing his teaching in the areas of civil law and tax law.
The incorporation of Juarez to the Consultative Council of Varona with advisory and consulting functions is adjusted to his profile as an expert specialist in different corporate activities. He has been a speaker at national and international notarial congresses, member of the Valencia Institute of Notarial Studies and is currently part of the Fiscal Commission of the General Council of Notaries.
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors, having been a speaker at two National Congresses and is a member of the Family Business Commission of that association.
The Consultative Council has the mission of developing innovative projects and strategies that will materialize in new services that the firm will make available to its clients. All focused on companies and entrepreneurs have the necessary tools to manage the different vicissitudes that arise from the development of their economic and heritage activities.
